Job Description
Are you experienced with people-first HR operations in a hands-on construction environment? Do you bring real-world experience in payroll, recruiting, and compliance, especially in fast-moving, seasonal workforces? We're hiring an HR & Payroll Specialist with a Recruiting Focus to join our tight-knit, in-office team in Tigard, Oregon.
Requirements
- 4+ years in payroll processing and/or construction people operations
- Hands-on experience with weekly payroll and multi-system reconciliation
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Payroll systems (construction-specific a plus)
- Sage 100 Contractor, HH2, or similar ERP/payroll tools
- Oregon & federal labor laws
- Prevailing wage, OSHA, and workers' compensation (SAIF experience strongly preferred)
