The role involves working with clients as their trusted HR partner, advising on people strategy, and developing HR infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive HR experience and is confident in their ability to lead and tell clients what they need.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• SHRM-CP or SCP certification is a plus
• Experience working in or closely with companies across a range of industries and sizes
