Job Description
This is a FULL TIME opportunity with an external Law firm based in Dayton, OH. The person must have a minimum of 3 years post-grad law experience and a current and active OHIO Bar License. Hybrid role after training period.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technology skills including familiarity with document review platforms, such as DISCO and Relativity
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and with people at all levels, both inside and outside the firm
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and language skills
- Ability to supervise others effectively
- Flexibility to work extended and often unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays
