Our client is a global building materials manufacturer seeking a Customer Service and Logistics specialist to join its Service Center in Vilnius. The role involves receiving and approving customer orders, providing customer service, and coordinating transportation of goods to customers.
Requirements
- Higher or vocational education (preferably in management, logistics, or administration)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills (proficient in all Microsoft Office programs)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills with a strong focus on results and precision
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality customer service
