Head of Maintenance

Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations at their production site.

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical degree or further training as a master craftsman/technician
• Several years of professional experience, including management responsibility in a comparable position, ideally in a multi-shift manufacturing company
• High level of leadership charisma, entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus, assertiveness and strong communication skills
