Job Description
As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will join the SIRH integration activity of the HR Path Group, specialized in the implementation of SIRH projects. You will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Parameterization, Recipes, Deployment, Support), according to your HR domain expertise and desired evolution, for our clients and on the following missions: Project to set up the SIRH SAP tool, Participate in all implementation phases, Write the necessary documents for the project, Animate and participate in functional workshops, Assistance in the management of the maintenance of the SIRH SAP tool, Follow the progress of the deliveries of corrections and evolutions by the publisher, Participate in the tests, Ensure global deployment assistance for the tool, Management and training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS consulting on the SAP HCM solution (FR Payroll, GTA FR or Abap/Interfaces)
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience working on international projects
- Good adaptability capacity and oral ease
