Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR consulting on SAP SuccessFactors
- Implementation project of the HR SAP/SuccessFactors tool
- Participate in all implementation phases
- Write the necessary documents for the project
- Animate and participate in functional workshops
- Assistance in the management of the maintenance of the HR SAP/SuccessFactors tool
- Follow the progress of deliveries of corrections and evolutions by the publisher
- Participate in tests
- Ensure global deployment assistance of the tool
- Management and training
- Participate in the project of choice aid for a solution
- Ensure the training and support of the target solution to users
- Supervise business teams and train junior consultants
