The HR Path Group is seeking a Payroll Account Manager to join its subsidiary Univers Paie. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, performing payroll tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements

• Significant experience in payroll management, ideally in a multi-convention/externalization environment
• Complete mastery of a payroll process from start to finish
• Appetite for client relationship and portfolio steering
• Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and consulting posture
• Autonomy, rigor, and prioritization capacity
• Team spirit and ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Silae software is appreciated
