Job Description
Workday Consultant will define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose, working closely with client business teams, and participate in every phase of a Workday implementation from offer to production support.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
- Ability to challenge and design HR solutions in line with client's expectations
- Translate client's requirements into possible configuration options
- Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
- Demonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solution
- Demonstrate effective project experience
- Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude
- Excellent German & English language skills, written, oral and presentation, Dutch or French language is an asset
- Experience of complete Workday project life cycle is an asset
- Workday Core HCM certification, and any other certification would be nice to have: Absence / Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance / Talent
