Job Description
As a Workday LMS Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for project implementation animation, design workshops, complex configuration, and management of junior consultants. You will work with clients to transform their HR function and implement SIRH solutions. You will also participate in pre-sales and have a people manager role.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience on Workday and LMS modules
- Technical and functional mastery of Workday tool
- Mastery of French and English languages
- Structured and strong communication skills
