General Manager

Our client are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join the Buddhist temple in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the temple, manage staff, and ensure the smooth running of all activities and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong general management skills
• Knowledge of Buddhist philosophy and practices preferred
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required
