Job Description
A family business in Hong Kong is looking for a Secretary/Personal Assistant to assist a senior executive, with responsibilities including organization, translation, correspondence, and coordination.
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant.
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong sense of responsibility, and well organized
