Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Facilities & Administration Manager to join our team and oversee the administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing administrative functions, including office facility management, and office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, data protection laws, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
