Job Description
Senior Manager to join Central Technical Services Team, providing technical advice and support for design, specifications, and tender documentation for engineering related systems and provisions for development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Corporate membership in professional institutions such as HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE, or IET.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design practices and project management with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Familiarity with government ordinances and regulations related to engineering projects.
- Solid practical knowledge and experience in BIM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
