Job Description
Lead Backend Engineer - Django, responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and web applications using Python and Django. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing RESTful APIs, collaborating with frontend teams, and managing relational databases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python, including strong expertise in Django and familiarity with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Proven experience in backend development, API design, and working within Agile environments.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including JavaScript and React.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, along with caching systems like Redis and Memcached, and task scheduling tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools, including AWS, Heroku, and Docker.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English, coupled with strong communication skills and a confident, proactive approach.
- Experience with LLM integrations is considered a strong advantage.
