We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and safety of the resort and the grounds, ensuring a clean, secure and well-maintained environment at all times.
Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day upkeep of park and hotel buildings, guest areas, staff facilities, infrastructure and landscaping
- Co-ordinate specialist contractor and service provider works
- Manage budgets, procurement, stock control and facility related expenses
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Co-ordinate and manage a planned preventative maintenance schedule
- Work with other key Managers to ensure compliance is met for Fire Safety and Water Management
- Drive the energy conservation strategy for the hotel in line with the Corporate and Social Sustainability objectives for the business
- Assist with seasonal events, refurbishments and operational projects
- Develop the team through training and mentoring
