Job Description
The Program Supervisor I is a member of the SOMA RISE Management Team, responsible for the overall operations during assigned shifts, and provides direct supervision to employees. The Program Supervisor I ensures that all aspects of the program are functioning optimally to create a safe and welcoming milieu while ensuring that all compliance, safety, and administrative requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or High School/GED with 4 years of equivalent work experience and an AOD, BBS, or EMT credential)
- 3 years supervisory experience
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Data Analytics and reporting experience
