Job Description
HealthRIGHT360 is seeking a Registered Nurse (On-Call) to provide nursing support to patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns at the Integrated Care Center Clinic. The On-Call RN will work on the Patient Care team to ensure efficient clinical flow and coordinate care with other care teams and specialists.
Requirements
- ASN, BSN, MSN or equivalent degree
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active California RN license
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Experience in managing volunteers preferred
