Job Description
We are recruiting for an international client operating in the climate and environmental areas, a Program Director with key responsibilities in program implementation, operational systems, governance structures, and team supervision.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, Forestry or related field
- +10 years of experience in project management/operations of large scale
- +5 years in a senior leadership position
- Experience in creating and expanding operations from scratch
- Experience in remote rural environments
- Knowledge of carbon projects (VCS/CCB) or sustainable land use
- Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving capacity
- Availability for relocation in Angola
