Area Manager

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple fast casual stores, ensuring strong performance, profitability, and a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 7+ years of management experience within fast casual or multi-site retail operations.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-unit leadership role.
• Strong background in sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, stock movement, cost of goods, and cash handling procedures.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety, security, and operational compliance standards.
