Job Description
A leading contracting and trading company is seeking a Procurement and Tendering Head to lead and establish the procurement unit/team, responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and timely procurement of materials and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or any Relevant Field
- 10 -15 Years of experience in a similar capacity within the Engineering & Construction (EPC), Industrial Electrical, and Power sectors
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and costing processes within the electrical sector
- Proven expertise in medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) electrical equipment and systems used across substation, industrial, and utility projects
- Strong experience in the Kuwait Market
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tendering processes and ability to align procurement with project requirements
- Knowledge of the GCC Market will be an advantage
- Must have a valid Transferable visa 18
