Veranstaltungsleiter/-in (w/m/d) / Technische/r Projektleiter/-in (w/m/d) Messedurchführung - Vollzeit

We are looking for an Event Manager/In (m/f/d) / Technical Project Manager/In (m/f/d) Mess Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for planning events, managing external service providers, and coordinating cooperation with stand construction partners and catering companies.

Requirements

• Completed training as an event management specialist or comparable training or dual studies in the field of event management
• At least 2 years of experience in the trade fair or congress sector
• Targeted, very well-organized, and structured work with high self-motivation
• Customer orientation
• Responsibility
• Reliability and team ability
• High affinity for technology, IT, and security
• Good English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Corel Draw and CADdy++ is an advantage
