Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist – Order to Cash will conduct reconciliation of customer balances, process customer deposit refunds, and coordinate with various teams to close out queries or escalations.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting/Finance/Management
- At least 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivables, billing, customer payments, collections and/or accounts payable processes
- Highly proficient in using various Accounting applications
- Excellent customer service skills
