Job Description
Supports the Mall Manager in overseeing daily mall operations, ensuring efficient execution of operational plans, tenant satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in mall, retail, or property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of mall operations, tenant relations, and basic facilities management.
- Experience in supporting budget monitoring, financial reporting, and operational planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
