Job Description
The Finance Director will serve as the Head of Finance and a primary strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, leading financial strategy, analysis, and planning for the company's expansion roadmap and operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- At least 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Experience in retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or multi-site businesses preferred
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment is strongly preferred
