Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must come from a manufacturing background and possess experience in managing local and international financial operations.
Requirements
- Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team
- Manage and oversee exempt benefits transactions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Prepare and present Management Committee reports
- Supervise month-end closing activities
- Manage banking transactions, fund monitoring, and account reconciliations
- Oversee ERP-related financial transactions
- Handle online taxation, accounting, and administrative functions
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate PEZA filings and other statutory reports
- Establish, monitor, and improve internal controls, financial policies, and operating procedures
