Finance Transaction Services Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Finance Transaction Services Associate to support investment-related activities, with a focus on financial due diligence and transaction execution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in: Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Advisory, Audit with exposure to due diligence or deal-related work
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or transaction support
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
