Job Description
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a company in the FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, and Production industries, responsible for leading and overseeing FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance, and managing a young finance team.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, systems transition, and financial controls
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
- Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to lead and inspire young teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset, high integrity, and excellent attention to detail
