Project Cost Analyst (Construction | Real Estate)

The Project Cost Analyst will support project budgeting, cost monitoring, procurement tracking, financial reporting, and operational coordination across multiple construction and development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• CPA license is not required
• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction finance, cost control, project accounting, procurement monitoring, or real estate or construction operations
• Familiarity with budget monitoring, cost tracking, cash flow monitoring, procurement coordination, financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems is an advantage
• Exposure to construction, real estate, or project-based industries is preferred
