Project Accountant (Construction / Real Estate Projects)

The Project Accountant will be responsible for monitoring project-related costs, budgets, billings, and financial reports for ongoing construction and development projects. The role will work closely with project teams, procurement, finance, contractors, and management to ensure project expenses, documentation, and financial records are properly monitored and aligned with approved budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related courses
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Construction accounting, Project accounting, Real estate or property development, Cost monitoring, Project finance support, Procurement or billing coordination
• CPA license is not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
