Project Accountant

The Project Accountant will interact with project staff, providing accounting, analysis, and financial partnership to ensure the success of construction projects. The role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Report to the project manager at the project site
• Assist project manager with budget preparation and reconciliation
• Assist with labor compliance, certified payroll reporting, and minority participation reporting
• Manage subcontractor payment status and certified payroll reports
• Implement process improvements for reporting accuracy
• Process and/or supervise payables processing
• Track subcontractor payments and lien waivers
• Conduct project cost analysis and reporting
