Job Description
The Project Accountant is responsible for supporting the project's overall financial health, transparency, and compliance by partnering with project leadership on specific project goals. This position requires a strong understanding of project cost, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with project teams to ensure the financial success of our construction projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an admin/sr. admin or 2+ years in an accountant role
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, multitask, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to details
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization and communicate effectively
- Experience with CMiC and Procore a plus
