Senior Human Resources Business Partner responsible for accelerating business strategy through talent capability building, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and fostering a performance-based culture.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, data analytics, organizational development, change management, and/or business systems improvement.
- In-depth understanding of the ADDIE framework, organizational design, and HRIS operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Power BI and Power Apps.
