Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager Beauty who will take the lead in shaping and executing category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- years of solid experience in category management or merchandising, ideally from retail or FMCG companies
- Strong exposure to the beauty and personal care segment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Background in omnichannel strategy and experience collaborating across multiple functions.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and influencing capabilities.
