Job Description
Lead and oversee the endâtoâend supply chain function to ensure efficient, costâeffective, and scalable operations. This strategic leadership role is accountable for procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationships, while aligning supply chain initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8â12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with progressive leadership responsibility (senior or head level)
- Strong expertise in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Proven ability to lead and develop crossâfunctional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
