Job Description
Monitor activities of Nurses, provide on-the-job training, and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues as a Team Lead in a US Healthcare account.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the US BPO/Healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a US Healthcare account
- Excellent Leadership & Interpersonal relationship
