Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry
- 2 years of people management or leadership role
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar)
