Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly-motivated, proactive contracts manager to handle a wide variety of contract templates across the full contract lifecycle. The role includes reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts, managing our contracts management system, and implementing scalable contracting processes.

Requirements

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload and competing priorities
• Experience with contract management system
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience and knowledge of best practices for legal department organization and contract management
• Ability to provide high-quality product in a timely manner with minimal errors
• Efficient, effective, and well organized
