Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead the integration and implementation of Mambu's core banking platform, with a particular focus on Savings products.
Requirements
- Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the end-to-end integration of Mambus core banking platform into our systems, with a primary focus on Savings products.
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Compliance, to ensure the successful deployment of Mambu solutions.
- Customization: Develop custom components, extensions, and APIs to enhance Mambu's Savings products to meet specific business needs.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Mambu integration, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of deliverables through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Mambu's latest features, updates, and industry trends to leverage new functionalities and ensure optimal integration.
