Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Huawei Canada. The successful candidate will conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and promote our employer brand within the technical/academic community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
