Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, renewable energy or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in at least one of the following: PV inverter or BESS manufacturer, Solar/ inverter/ BESS/ power electronics test lab, Standard development or certification organization, Renewable energy engineering consultancy firm, Utility solar PV power plant EPC/developer company, Policy making entity/ regulator/ authority related to solar energy.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to effectively engage with clients; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Eligible to work within the EU
