HR Payroll Specialist (Contractor)

As an HR Payroll Specialist (Contractor), you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
• Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll processes, labor law, tax, and social security regulations
• Familiarity with Belgian employee benefits including pensions and health insurance
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and integrity
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Dutch or French
