Industrial Development Manager

Huawei is seeking an Industrial Development Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key European testing and certification institutions. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, project management, and solution advocacy through test results.

Requirements

• Experience working within industry associations or certification and testing organizations, preferably within the photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external organizations, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across diverse groups to achieve common goals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and engage with key decision-makers.
• Professional proficiency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
