Job Description
The 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor assists the Manager in the overall performance of the warehouse and customer service operations, planning, directing, and controlling warehouse and customer service activities, and selecting, training, and motivating the workforce.
Requirements
- Four years distribution supervisory/management experience
- Experience with WMS, metric-driven operations, labor and resource management
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Ability to motivate and create teams
