Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager is responsible for quarterly client audits, internal process audits, metrics reporting, and providing value-added service to customers. This position requires training and coaching new and existing staff, ensuring adherence to company SOP's, and addressing safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and maintains a high level of energy
• Strong verbal and personal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform quality audits and pro-actively work with employees to enhance performance
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion and meet deadlines
• Ability to pass forklift and hazardous certifications yearly
• Ability to lift and pull cargo which weighs 70lbs or less
• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
• Ability to read and understand industry documents
