Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the fulfillment and production operations, including transportation routing, customer service, and inventory control. This includes planning and organizing staff, directing production/warehouse/transportation activities, and managing and supervising employees.

Requirements

• B.A. Degree with minimum of 5 years of production, warehouse, and logistics experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing/production environment
• 3PL, warehousing and logistics management
• General supervisory experience
• Excellent systems skills
• Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives
