Job Description
The Terminal Manager is responsible for leading safe operations while delivering high service/quality and overall cost performance of the terminal. This position reports to the Director, Region Operations.
Requirements
- Manage, direct, and lead all functions within a terminal
- Develop and deliver internal and external strategies to provide superior service to customers
- Ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees and owner operator contractors
- Enforce understanding and compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Create an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees and owner operator contractors
