Job Description
Proper Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to develop an exclusive book of business in an assigned territory, earning commissions on both new and renewing policies. The role requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License and prior experience in sales or customer service. The successful candidate will be self-directed, motivated by ownership, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active leads
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating CRM platforms and communication tools
