Job Description
The Account Executive, Employee Benefits position is responsible for managing assigned book of business, developing client relationships, and delivering strategic plans to grow and retain clients. The role involves advising clients on insurance plans, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with producers and other HUB personnel to provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health insurance License
- 7+ years of related benefit insurance industry experience
- Experience in self-funded Medical experience and Account Management preferred
- High School Diploma / GED; college degree strongly preferred
