Job Description
The Personal Lines Account Executive manages an assigned book of business, develops client relationships, and strives to grow and retain clients. The role involves interacting with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to provide innovative insurance solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment
- Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred).
